Donor Paddle at Riverside Park in Cramerton, NC

**In compliance with North Carolina regulations and current CDC guidelines, Catawba Lands Conservancy and Carolina Thread Trail are taking the following steps and exercising additional precautions to ensure the safety of program participants, volunteers, and staff:
Calling Donors! You and your household are invited to borrow a kayak and join Carolina Thread Trail on the South Fork River in Cramerton, NC. You can expect to arrive at Riverside Park at 3:00 pm, hop in a kayak, courtesy of Riverside Marina, and follow Carolina Thread Trail and Catawba Lands Conservancy's program coordinator on a tour of the river. On the South Fork, you will have an opportunity to about the history of the Catawba River in the region, witness the key role the river plays in our local ecosystem, and have fun paddling around the town of Cramerton. After the paddle, disembark from the boat and enjoy some light appetizers provided by Catawba Lands and the Thread Trail.
This free program is a benefit to all donors who are current members of the Spider Lily Circle, Sunflower Circle, Catawba Society, and Trailblazer Society of the Catawba Lands Conservancy or the Carolina Thread Trail.
