Thursday, December 17
*Pre-registration is required for this program
**In compliance with local North and South Carolina policies and current CDC guidelines regarding Covid-19, Catawba Lands Conservancy and Carolina Thread Trail are taking the following steps and exercising additional precautions to ensure the safety of program participants, volunteers, and staff:
Come explore the beautiful South Fork Trail with us! This historical trail was first used by Native Americans, and then by settlers for textile mills. It is part of the butterfly highway, and is home to several species of pollinators, as well as birds, reptiles and amphibians, and mammals. The land surrounding the South Fork Trail makes up the Pharr Yarns Preserve, a 94.8-acre preserve protected by the Catawba lands Conservancy.
Thank you for registering to join us at the upcoming program! Expect an email the week of the program with more details. If you have any questions, feel free to email liam@carolinathreadtrail.org.
